Questions about EASY

What is the difference between heated and unheated models?

Heated models, such as the EASY 100H, let you set a temperature between 30°C and 80°C, which helps with stubborn contamination. Unheated models suit lighter work.

Can I clean jewellery with soft stones?

With care. Use a mild solution and keep cycles short. For delicate stones such as opals, ask us first.

Which cleaning solution should I use?

Elma solutions such as Super Clean for jewellery or Tec Clean A2 for industrial parts. Follow the dilution guidelines.

How do I look after my cleaner?

Change the solution regularly, rinse the tank with distilled water to avoid mineral deposits, and never run the unit without enough liquid. The manual has the rest.

What power does it need?

EASY models run on 220 to 240 V mains power.

What warranty applies?

EASY cleaners carry a 2 year limited warranty. Our service team can talk you through the details.
