Ultrasonic Cleaning Trial – Injection Mould Parts
Here is an application where parts from an injection moulding machine die is being cleaned.
All parts had gross contamination removed prior to the ultrasonic cleaning process. A hot air tool is used to remove plastic resin from ‘hot runner’ tip. All parts were cleaned using an ELMA TI-H multi frequency ultraosnic cleaner – Tec Clean A5 cleaning fluid – and all parts were thoroughly rinsed and dried after cleaning.
